刘涛律师简介

　　 刘涛律师，男，法律硕士，民革党员。陕西磐宇律师事务所主任、高级合伙人。民革未央区工委法制专委会副主委，陕西省劳动与仲裁委员会仲裁员，陕西省律协青年委员会委员。2017年被陕西省司法厅、陕西省律师协会评为2014-2016年度陕西省优秀律师。CCTV12《律师来了》特邀评论嘉宾律师，陕西电视台《帮忙有一套》嘉宾律师。多次接受陕西电视台第一新闻栏目、陕西广播电台、华商报等媒体的采访，就有关热点问题进行专业解读。

撰写的《企业经营中侵犯商业秘密的风险防范》获第五届西部律师论坛优秀论文奖、《法治政府视野下的政府法律顾问制度研究》获第八届西部律师论坛优秀论文奖。获人力资源和社会保障部颁发的《企业法律风险高级管理师》证书。
